Can the GOP handle another scandal?
According to Think Progress, Mitt Romney, his son Tagg, and his chief fundraiser Spencer Zwick have extensive ties to three men who allegedly participated in an $8.5 billion Ponzi scheme. After its collapse in 2009, Romney, son, and Zwick partnered with the three men to create a new “wealth management business” as a subsidiary.
The Ponzi scheme bust was one of the largest in history, second only to Bernie Madoff.
